EXPECTED manual Windows checks, NOT observed Office execution.

Baseline: two Recipients rows.
Practice A -> sample1@example.com -> one attachment.txt.
Practice B -> sample2@example.com -> one attachment.txt.
No macro Send call. The manual Send button and external add-ins are not disabled.
The input workbook and existing mail must not be modified or deleted by this macro.

Successful local run:
blogops-outlook-practice-attempt/receipt.txt contains VERIFIED for worksheet rows 2 and 3 and COMPLETE verified=2.
readback-row-2.txt and readback-row-3.txt contain the exact synthetic attachment bytes.
Saved mail readback must match recipient/type, subject, body and attachment count/name/type.
These checks do not establish server sync completion.

Other cases:
- Decline confirmation: no attempt folder or draft Save.
- Domain suffix, display name or semicolon recipient list: reject before draft Save.
- Formula, merged/error cell, partial row or duplicate address/subject pair: reject before draft Save.
- Non-attachment.txt filename or different attachment payload: reject before draft Save.
- Existing attempt path: reject; do not create another batch.
- Missing classic Outlook/profile permission after reservation: retain attempt directory; inspect before repeating.
- Failure after an initial Save: incomplete drafts may remain even without a VERIFIED record.
- Receipt failure: stop; report that the receipt update is unconfirmed.
- Success followed by a new run in the same folder: existing attempt path blocks repeat.
- Another folder/computer: not covered by the local repeat guard.
